At Curl Book & Coffee Shop, all sales are final. Once a book has been purchased and shipped, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind.

We take great care in packaging your books, but if your order arrives damaged (e.g., torn pages or broken binding) or if you received the incorrect title, we will happily resolve the issue.

- Evidence: Include your order number and a clear photo of the damage or the incorrect book received.
- Resolution: Upon verification, we will provide a replacement (subject to availability) or a full refund to your original payment method.
